The golden triangle is an area connecting San Ginesio, Sarnano & Gualdo on the edge of the Sibillini National Park. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty with mountain lakes, medieval hill top villages, Roman ruins & much much more.

The property is surrounded by working farms & vineyards in the stunning Marchigian countryside overlooking the hilltop village of Gualdo. In Gualdo (5 min drive) there are several shops, bakers, cafes & a bank. The nearest towns are San Ginesio & Sarnano (approx 15 mins drive). Both offer a large variety of shops, butchers, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, PO, banks, swimming pool, tennis courts, parks & weekly markets. Sarnano market (Thurs) is a gathering point for the whole area and well worth the visit.

The apartments are large and fully furnished with everything you should need to enjoy your stay.

Casa Samuella is a very large 1st floor apartment. It is accessed from the side of the house via an internal staircase. The living room (25m.s) has double aspect windows, 3 piece suite, TV, DVD player , occassional furniture and double sofa bed if required. The seperate dining room has dining table & chairs, dresser & feature fireplace with wood burning fire. The kitchen is off this room & fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge, plenty of cooking utensils & gadgets. The master bedroom has a king size bed, triple wardrobes, dressing table & night stand. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds (can be made into a second double on request). The bathroom has a 4 piece suite (shower not bath). The wrap around balcony is accessed from the outer landing.

Casa Jessica is accessd from the front of the house under the shade of the vines. The living/dining room has a feature stone fireplace with woodburning fire, double sofa bed, dining table & chairs TV/DVD player. The kitchenette is fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge, cooking utensils & gadgets. The large bedroom has a king size bed, triple wardrobes, night stands & corner shower cubicle. The cloakroom is off the inner hallway.

Outdoor table, chairs, BBQ & sun loungers areprovided for each apartment. Full use of the guest library with extensive DVD collection, books, CD's, board game & outdoor games. Full use of all the grounds with acre meadow. Parking is within the grounds.
