Your evening will begin with spectacular sunsets, captured from the pool area while you are relaxing in the outdoor heated jacuzzi and the kids are having a swim or enjoying themselves in the playground equipped with sea-saw, slide and swings. Somebody will have to start the pool-side barbeque ... but then perhaps this can be done another time ... for tonight a stroll to the nearby beach side tavern sounds a much better idea.

GROUND FLOOR

The open concept kitchen/dining area leads on to the expansive living areas boasting an entertainment centre, including a 42" plasma satellite TV, DVD, stereo and CD player. Large sofas, and stunning furniture create an ambiance of luxury and comfort. The villa is fully climate control with a/c units in all rooms and a an attractive fireplace so you will always be comfortable whatever the weather. The corner seating area aims to be a spot where you can enjoy the stunning sea views through the large feature windows

On the ground floor you will find the first twin room, full en suite bath.

FIRST FLOOR
The remaining three bedrooms can be reached on the first floor through the feature staircase. The Master Bedroom has an en suite jacuzzi bath, while the other double and twin bedrooms share the family bathroom. All four bedrooms have their own 20" plasma TV, and all have fantastic views, 3 of the bedrooms having their own balconies.

OUTDOORS
Outside, there is a private children’s play area, a heavenly private swimming pool with a large terrace with an alfresco cooking and dining area under the shade of a Gazebo, sun beds, parasols, a patio area, built-in barbeque and garden furniture. Extensive grounds surrounded by own Orchards ensure privacy. The pool can be heated at an extra cost. A heated outdoor Jacuzzi (optional extra) completes the promise of an unforgettable holiday.

Argaka is a very privileged village. It is a small beautiful community of the area of Polis Chrysochous.
