Casa Ana is a recently renovated country cottage situated in a peaceful location just 150m from the sea. The nearby cove at Cala Embaster forms a natural swimming pool, excellent for snorkelling and the nearest sandy beach is about 1km away at Blue Bar on Playa Mitjorn. The villa has two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds and can accommodate another couple on a sofa-bed in the lounge, but this would obviously lower the comfort and convenience of this wonderful property. It has a high level of equipment and has been recently renovated and refurnished to a high standard, much much better than would usually be found in a holiday property as until recently it was the owners principal residence.
In addition to the two bedrooms there is a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge/diner and a modern toilet/shower room. Outside there are walled gardens with parking area and two patios, one of which is covered for eating "al fresco" and is equipped with a built in barbecue.
To add to the comfort there is air conditioning to the lounge and master bedroom.

Sant Ferran de Ses Roques is a short distance by car for a good selection of bars, restaurants, and shops and a small supermarket & butchers.

Directions:

Turn left onto a small track just past the turn marked for the Blue Bar on Playa Mitjorn. This is at km 8 from La Sabina. However, normal practice is to provide a telephone number that should be rung on arrival at the ferryport in Ibiza when arrangements will be made to meet the ferry on arrival at La Sabina and escort visitors to the villa.
