Kitchen:- Fully equipped, new granite work surfaces, new appliances, French Fridge/Freezer which includes chilled water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, coffe maker. Dining:- Dining table seats 8 comfortably (possible to seat more) with 4 extras seats at the kitchen/breakfast bar. Lobby/entrace hall, bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1 (Top Floor) Sleeps 4 - x1 queen bed and x1 queen sleeper, this room is a great to be used as a possible playroom for kids it has a TV/DVD player and table with four chairs for boardgames. NO SMOKING NO PETS This property only sleeps 12 persons, but can accomodate upto 15 with prior agreement and subject to additional charge. Daily cleaning services not provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided for an additional charge. Check-out time of 10:00 AM is to be strictly adhered to as we need time to prepare this home for our next guests. A $100 fine will be assessed for any late check-outs. Keys must be returned to the lock box for check-out. A $25 charge will be assessed per key that is not returned. Parking Strictly for two cars ONLY, one in the garage and one on the drive. No skis/boots permitted in unit. Arrangement can be made for payment in STG, USD, EUR
