Domegos is serious about protecting the privacy of you, our website users, both property owners and renters. This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data which can identify you. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy and cookie policy, but please be aware that this policy does not apply to the practices of companies or websites that Domegos does not own or control, or to people that Domegos does not employ or manage.

Information collection and use

Domegos collects personally identifying information when you register for owner or renter account, when you contribute to or use certain features on the Domegos websites, or when you enter promotions or sweepstakes.
The information Domegos collects on you is clearly set out on the web page on which we collect it. See for example the registration pages and order form. The information includes but is not limited to name, email address, gender, postal address, telephone number, languages you speak, and in the case of creating an advert, a method of payment. Once you register with Domegos and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Domegos also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Domegos cookie information and the page you requested.
The information Domegos collected about you is only used to improve our service, customise the advertising and content you see based on the details given by you at registration and your activity at Domegos, to process and invoice orders, and to contact you about critical information about your account and our mutual business relationships.

Domegos may occasionally uses surveys to collect information. The decision to participate in such survey is completely yours. The information will only be used to evaluate and improve our service.
You as a renter may send enquiries to owners via a form on the тАЬBooking enquiryтАЭ page on owners' pages on Domegos. If you choose to send an enquiry through this page, information about you, including your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, languages you speak and any other information you provide, will be visible to the owner of the property you enquired about so that they might reply directly to you. Do not provide information that you are not prepared to allow them to have, including, but not limited to, bank account, and credit card details. The resulting enquiry is sent to the owner to whom they were initially addressed to and retained by Domegos to make them available to that particular owner only for future review. While the content of these enquiries is not shared with any other party, Domegos may use third party email servers to send and track receipt of the enquiry emails, and analyse the pattern of enquiry usage via these third party tracking systems. All enquiries sent through Domegos are governed by our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
You as an owner may provide information of the properties you list on our pages in order advertise them to potential renters. Please note, that this property information is available to the public and can be viewed by any website visitor as it is essential for your advertisement's success.

Information sharing and disclosure

Domegos will not share your personally identifiable information to anyone if we do not have your consent to share the information.
Domegos may send personally identifiable information about you to third parties, who may then occasionally send communications to you to provide information, offers and services that may be of interest to you, when we have your consent to share the information
We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
Domegos may transfer information about you if Domegos acquires, or is acquired by or merged with, another company. In this event, Domegos will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
In certain circumstances Domegos may need to disclose information about you if you breach this privacy policy or if you breach the Terms and Conditions. We may also disclose or access your account as a respond to subpoenas, court orders, any legitimate request by authorities with which we must comply or legal process.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

Domegos gives you the ability to view, edit your renter and owner account information and preferences at any time, including whether you want Domegos to contact you about specials, new products and for customer feedback.
You may request deletion of your Domegos account by using the тАЬDelete AccountтАЭ function in your account. Please note that any information that we have copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your deletion request. This may be the case even though no information about your account remains in our active user databases.

Confidentiality and Security

Keeping information about you secure is very important to us and Domegos takes reasonable steps to protect your information. Nevertheless, please note that no data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, whilst we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information which you send to us, and you do so at your own risk.
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
All personal information is stored on a secure server. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
